About Ms. Jackie
Ness’ Dream started as a simple hot dog cart and Ms. Jackie’s rule for life: “Don’t Be Hungry.” What began as feeding neighbors at the flea market turned into a rolling party with a truck, carts, ice cream, and a community of regulars. She runs a tight ship—clean, friendly, and always on time.
